Fallbrook Hospital Auxiliary offers scholarships

The Fallbrook Hospital Auxiliary is currently accepting applications for scholarships from high school seniors living within the Fallbrook Union High School District whose post-graduate studies will prepare them for a career in healthcare.

Also eligible to apply are former FUHSD students who are already majoring in healthcare programs, and persons who have previously received scholarship awards from the Fallbrook Hospital Auxiliary.

Application forms are available at the Fallbrook Hospital Gift Shop and at the Fallbrook High School career center. Completed applications may be returned either to the hospital or the career center no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, May 6. Applicants are urged to submit completed applications before that date so they can be reviewed for compliance.

Selected applicants will be called for interviews in late May.

The amount of the scholarship grants varies according students’ scholastic records, leadership experiences, need and other criteria.
