Children's art featured in May

FALLBROOK — Two exhibits of children’s art will be featured during the month of May in Fallbrook. The children, recipients of Fallbrook Art Association’s “Mary La Hue Art Assist Program,” attend Mary Fay Pendleton Elementary School on the Marine base and La Paloma and Live Oak elementary schools in Fallbrook. Forty-two pieces will be selected for the FAA’s Spring Member Show at the Art Center at Fallbrook, 103 S. Main, from May 13 through May 22. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, with a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. on opening day.
