County applies for FAA grant to reimburse airpark rehabilitation

The County of San Diego has authorized the application and potential acceptance of a Federal Aviation Administration grant to reimburse County Airports for the rehabilitation of the Fallbrook Community Airpark parking apron.

The 3-0 Board of Supervisors vote April 20, with Supervisor Ron Roberts en route to China for a trade mission and Supervisor Bill Horn spending the day on jury duty, requests $252,484 from the FAA to reimburse the county’s Airport Enterprise Fund.
