ADA reform bill killed in committee

For the 12 Fallbrook businesses that have been sued since last October for violations of the American Disabilities Act by a disabled plaintiff and his attorney for what many call ‘extortion money,’ the outcome of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on May 3 was gravely disappointing.
