NCFPD recognizes efforts of Fire Safe Council

FALLBROOK — On Thursday, May 5, the North County Fire Protection District recognized members and affiliates of the Fallbrook Fire Safe Council for their recent participation in a district-wide mapping project. Eight individuals were recognized for their efforts, which involved hours of volunteer time validating and correcting fire department run maps. The local knowledge these individuals provided was invaluable in making our maps as accurate as possible and will insure the best possible service. Those members recognized were Neal Ausman, Ali Nusbaum, Earl Saulsbury, Tony Flores, James Mitzer, John Stanley, Tom Curtis and Michael Fox.
