Illegal dumping topic of discussion for community leaders

FALLBROOK — How to deal with illegal dumping, an ongoing problem that plagues communities everywhere, was the topic of a meeting recently held in Fallbrook. Representatives from Fallbrook and surrounding communities were in attendance. Led by George McManigle of the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce and Keep Fallbrook Clean and Green, the group discussed the reasons for, common sources and types of dumping. The more difficult task of creative methods for thwarting the dumping were discussed.
