Fallbrook Chorale concert June 18

Saturday, June 18, at 2:00 p.m. the Fallbrook Chorale and the San Diego Harmony Ringers will be presenting “Music Americana.” Teacher of the Year Kelley Bell will be conducting the 25-member chorale. Joseph Rodriguez will be directing the 16-member bellringer choir. The program, spanning the full range of American music, will be presented at Fallbrook High School’s Bob Burton Performing Arts Center, 2400 So. Stage Coach Lane.

Bell will be featuring three numbers from the new work the Madrigals helped introduce last month in Washington, DC, selections from “Prelude to Glory: A Memorial to Heroes,” which includes a delightful number, “A Tea Time in Boston.” Also on the program will be music spanning the spectrum, including such numbers as Gershwin’s “Embraceable You.”
