David named Gates Millennium Scholar

Elizabeth David of Fallbrook has been named a Gates Millennium Scholar. One thousand highly motivated low-income minority students from 46 states and the District of Columbia were awarded scholarships in recognition of their high academic achievement and strong leadership skills.
