FALLBROOK — Don Sieber is known to longtime Fallbrook residents as an elementary school teacher remembered by their children with great affection. Maybe it’s the kid in him that never quite grew up that they recognize and love. Don has let that “inner child” loose and the art world in Fallbrook is the beneficiary of all that exuberance.
