The CHP has teamed up with the North County Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Council agencies after receiving a grant to enhance enforcement efforts against unsafe motorcycle riders and illegal street racing on Palomar Mountain. San Diego County Department of Public Works, Palomar Mountain residents and Palomar Mountain Volunteer Fire Department will cooperate with the CHP in its efforts to address the speeding motorcycles on Palomar Mountain.
