Lucca Salon collects phones for abused women

BONSALL — Lucca Salon expresses their thanks to all the members of the community who donated used cell phones to their effort to provide them for use by abused women. Affiliates of the salon have taken another box full of phones to a police department contact who will program the phones to dial 911 only.
