Brazel of Fallbrook Woman's Club wins at State Convention

Joyce Brazel, a member of the Fallbrook Woman’s Club, was awarded first place for her prose essay “Simply Love” at the State Convention of the California Federation of women’s clubs held in San Diego in May. Only members who won Best of Show at the Palomar District Art Festival in February, which included competition with 14 clubs of Palomar District, were eligible to compete at state level.
