TIP volunteers

FALLBROOK — Mandy Atkinson, Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) manager, recently made a presentation to Fallbrook Kiwanis Club. Atkinson reported the TIP group is seeking volunteers for the Fallbrook area. Age is not a limiting factor and teenagers are needed for trauma cases involving children. TIP has a 50-hour training program to prepare individuals in handling traumatic events. The next training program will be from July 7 to 18 (nights and weekends); no prior experience is required.
