Village News wins nine SPJ awards

SAN DIEGO — The Fallbrook/Bonsall Village News took home nine Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) awards at the San Diego Chapter awards banquet June 16.

Nathalie Taylor won seven SPJ awards, Joe Naiman won one award and Elizabeth Zablatnik Rolls won her first professional journalism award.

Taylor won one first-place award, three second-place awards and three third-place honorable mention awards.
