Fallbrook Quilt Guild October meeting

In October our guest quilt artist will be Ann Turley from Walnut, CA. An incredible speaker as well as a prize-winning quilter, Turley concentrates mainly on wall hangings and miniature quilts. She was awarded Best Machine Quilter of small quilts in 2002 and 2004 at the Glendale Quilt Show.

Ann will entertain us with her lecture “Why am I Buying Broccoli When All I Want to do is Quilt?” Quilters have traditionally been an industrious and creative lot, but modern conveniences and technology have somehow caused us to lose the ability to work with what we have.
