Troubled waters persist at Rainbow

After many speculations and criticisms were expressed toward the Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD) by those involved or observing the district in the first part of this series, the discussion continued and the likely exit of General Manager Greg Ensminger was confirmed. Part two of the series will take a closer look at what happened, the employees’ perspectives and where the district might be heading.

Ensminger has permanently left his current position as general manager of RMWD, confirmed Larry Sundram, RMWD board president, during a special meeting on Thursday, September 15.
