Thank you, Pam Slater. You don’t even represent our community, but you have been a valiant voice in defending our causes. I wish our Supervisor, Bill Horn, had the courage that you show. Where has Bill Horn been on this issue? His media spokesman said it would be inappropriate for Horn to comment! When would it be appropriate? If this dump gets built and it leaks into Oceanside’s water supply, will Horn say something then? Unfortunately, no, he won’t.
