What kind of a sick adult puts on a party like this for kids?

If anyone is reading this, he or she has most likely already read the story on page one about the recent “Pimp and ’Ho” party. Apparently they’ve been happening in Temecula and other places, but an adult came into our office last week and asked us if we’d heard about one happening in Fallbrook. We heard from many people that it was a birthday party for a 14-year-old girl and it was planned by her parents.
