FALLBROOK — The November Book Talk, hosted by the Friends of the Fallbrook Library, will be held in the Board Room of the Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 E. Mission Rd., Thursday, Nov. 10, at 1:30 p.m. The November discussion will feature “Giants of the Earth” by Norwegian author Olẻ Edvart Rolvaag.
