Fire Chief details Katrina experience

BONSALL — Bill Metcalf, fire chief for the North County Fire Protection District, kept the Bonsall Rotary Club captivated with his recent adventure as a volunteer for the Katrina Disaster Relief. An experienced leader for many years and recent veteran of the Fallbrook and San Diego County fires, he was called to use his expertise in Louisiana.
