Myers' 50th anniversary

Longtime Fallbrook residents Gordon and Phyllis Myers celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this past week. Married in Oskaloosa, IA, on October 23, 1955, their wedding was attended by many family members and friends. The Myerses moved to Fallbrook in 1967. Gordon retired as a captain with TransWorld Airlines in 1985 and Phyllis is the owner of the former Fallbrook Travel. Phyllis retired in 1998. Gordon now enjoys his time playing golf at his favorite course, San Luis Rey Downs, and Phyllis enjoys playing the organ as well as her doll collection and numerous volunteer/political ventures....
