Nov. 6-12 Retired Teachers Week

After teachers retire they do not stop working. Most retired teachers are found volunteering in the community. During the 2003-2004 year, 66 members of the Fallbrook California Retired Teachers Division 81 volunteered 28,044 hours in the Fallbrook area. Retired teachers throughout California volunteered 2.3 million hours. That saves a total of $38 million for citizens who take advantage of the services.
