Rainbow Municipal Water District needs a Board of Directors with a majority of vested residents planning to live out the remainder of their lives with civic activity within the Fallbrook/Bonsall area.

Is it coincidence that both “Old Board” Director Clemens (Division 1) and recalled Director Cole (Division 4) have sold their homes and Director Bopf’s (Division 3) is now on the market? The same three defectors raised water rates unevenly onto Agriculture (for three of Bopf’s Ag-hating minority domestic customers) and stuck us with the unpopular Pardee Sewer plant agreement.
