Local food pantry struggles due to other disasters

Thank goodness for the generous people and organizations in Fallbrook who respond with help to disasters that occur throughout the nation — such as Hurricane Katrina. Don Luallin, director of the Fallbrook Food Pantry, agrees that Fallbrook residents must be commended on their giving, but locally, Luallin is struggling to keep the shelves of the local food pantry stocked as the holidays approach.
