Correction on desalination letter

Please note and inform your readers of the following typo in your 11/17/05 edition of my desalination article. The sentence “However, this waste steam contains a considerable amount of high purity potable water at low cost” should have read “However, this waste steam contains a considerable amount of energy which can be used in a [vacuum] distillation plant to convert seawater into very high purity potable water at very low cost.”
