La Russa published in literary magazine

FALLBROOK — In November local author Kara La Russa published her creative nonfiction story “Holy, Holy, Holey” in issue number seven of InkPot, a literary magazine devoted to short stories, flash fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry and visual arts.

La Russa has been writing since 1990 and has been involved with writing programs at UCSD and SDSU. She has written several novels, published two short stories, is an aspiring screenwriter and recently completed a novel aimed at the mainstream fiction market. She is also a member of the Fallbrook Professional Writers.
