People seem to have such rigid ideas about what teenagers are like, it seems there’s no gray area. I’m a teenager, and I know this from experience. People think we are either completely sheltered and bookish or that we’re on drugs and off having unsafe sex, instead of doing our homework. Some people think we are too hopped up on our own hormones to realize what is going on in the world around us.
