Mr. Earl J. Maxfield

Mr. Earl J. Maxfield, 77, passed away on December 9, 2005, in Fallbrook, CA. He was born on June 5, 1928, in Payette, ID. Mr. Maxfield lived in Fallbrook, CA, for 14 years.

Mr. Maxfield retired after 45 years as a carpenter and building contractor. He served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War and was a former member of the Loyal Order of Elks and Carpenter’s Union.

Mr. Maxfield is survived by his wife of 56 years, Beth Ann Maxfield, Fallbrook, CA; daughter & son-in-law Janice & David Rider, Eugene, OR; son & daughter-in-law Paul & Vickie Maxfield, Orange, CA; brother Rev. Clifton Maxfield, Eugene, OR; and four grandchildren.

A funeral is planned for Friday, December 16, 2005, 2 p.m. at Berry-Bell & Hall Mortuary in Fallbrook, CA. Memorial donations can be made to the American Lung Association of San Diego & Imperial Counties, 2750 Fourth Ave., San Diego, CA 92103. Berry-Bell & Hall Mortuary handled the arrangements.
