A group calling themselves the Fallbrook Alliance for Arts Education met at Farmhouse Coffee last week to discuss the current arts situation in the Fallbrook Elementary School District. “We were separate voices that needed to form an alliance,” said Bob Freaney, a local education activist and a force in the Kodály Music program, which has been introduced at Fallbrook Street School and Live Oak School.
