I would like to thank the constituents, my many friends, supporters and the dedicated workforce of the Rainbow Municipal Water District for having given me the opportunity to serve our community to the best of my abilities. It is my sincerest hope that our district will be able to resolve the many issues that have proven so contentious over the years and realize the stability and prosperity we all desire and deserve.
