Turf war amongst RMWD users dismays me

I have been a property owner and Rainbow customer for over 30 years. I am a retired CPA and have regularly attended Rainbow board meetings and participated in various district committees ever since I built my home in Fallbrook over 17 years ago.

I am writing with reference to the full page advertisement on page A-7 of the 12/1/05 issue of the Village News. I am dismayed to see a turf war being ignited between agricultural and domestic Rainbow water users.

None of us like to see high density development in our area, particularly along the I-15 and SR-76 corridor. Zoning and property development...
