Successful beginning to the wrestling season

On the weekend of December 2 and 3, nine of Fallbrook High School’s varsity wrestlers went to the Zinkin Classic Tournament in Fresno. The team finished in the top 25 of the 56 teams in attendance despite the fact that this was the first varsity-level experience for many of the team’s wrestlers. Of special note was Joey Granata, who took second place overall at 160 lbs.
