Bonsall fails second charter school

The decision was made to shut down Bonsall Charter Academy for Learning (BCAL) on January 20 by the Board of Trustees of the Bonsall Union School District (BUSD) on December 15. This is the second time in a year-and-a-half that BUSD has revoked a charter.

“To do what’s right for one side is what’s wrong for the other side,” said BUSD board member Dick Olson.
