Ticktockers serve less fortunate

The seventh and eighth NCL Ticktockers were hard at work creating Halloween treat bags for the boys at New Haven in Vista. New Haven is a boys’ home where troubled and special-needs young men, ages 8 to 17, find refuge and value. These boys are given guidance, encouragement and the opportunity to change their lives so they can enjoy a healthy and productive adulthood. The NCL girls have a heart for these young men since they are struggling through the same stages of life as them.
