Pardee plan denied by Planning Group

The latest request from Pardee Homes for their proposed development was denied at the December 19 meeting of the Fallbrook Community Planning Group (FCPG). “The underlying premise for the revised plans is a sham,” stated the unanimously passed motion, offered by Harry Christiansen, chairman of the FCPG Circulation Committee.
