TIF fee simplified

According to the County of San Diego, the county’s transportation impact fee (TIF) for buildings in areas of the county’s land use jurisdiction has been simplified.

A December 7 Board of Supervisors vote provided the introduction and first reading of the ordinance, and the ordinance amendments were adopted December 14 after a second reading. The amended ordinance will become effective January 13.
