WH Frazier to hold bully prevention workshop

At the next William H. Frazier PTA general meeting, January 11 at 6:30 p.m., Merrilee Neal, chief instructor and owner of Fallbrook Martial Arts, will present an instructional workshop for both parents and kids. It’s a video presentation with interactive activities that teach how to build people up rather than putting people down and it discusses name-calling and physical assault.
