A remodeling dream for the Schreibers

Mack and Ali Schreiber liked their 1977 home in Fallbrook, but with their growing family they felt cramped. After exploring several options, including moving to another location, they decided on a whole-house remodel. “We wanted to stay here,” said Ali. The couple then contacted Robert Edgecomb, a designer at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen who has been in the construction business for 25 years and a designer for fifteen. He was contracted to do a remake of the home working with a $350,000 budget. The house was refinanced and the Schreibers used a portion of their equity to finance the project.
