Concern over teen choices heightens

The alcohol-related automobile accident that resulted in the death of 16-year-old Fallbrook teen Athena Harris three weeks ago devastated local prevention educators John Buchanan and Jennifer Seitel, program coordinators of Think First North County/Inland Valley.
