Supes extend deadline for Pala Mesa subdivision to 2008

The County of San Diego has approved an amendment to the agreement to improve a Pala Mesa subdivision which will release the joint lien contract and terminate the holding agreement.

The Board of Supervisors vote January 11 also amends the contract to acknowledge substitution of parties, replace the lien contract with alternative security and extend the performance completion date.
