Three FHS surfers reach finals in San Onofre

Three members of Fallbrook High School’s surf team reached the finals of their event January 8 at the Interscholastic Surfing Federation meet at San Onofre State Beach.

Rachel Karl finished third in the Girls Shortboard event, Sarah Karl finished fourth in Girls Shortboard and Paisley White placed fifth in Girls Longboard.

In addition to White and the Karl sisters, six other Fallbrook surfers reached the semifinals for the top 12 in each event.
