Gen. Neller throws Holiday Bowl coin toss

Brigadier General Robert Neller, the deputy commander of the First Marine Expeditionary Force, participated in the coin toss at the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl.

The Camp Pendleton general was invited by the Holiday Bowl Committee to throw the coin prior to the December 29 game between the University of Oregon and the University of Oklahoma. Neller noted that he was pleased to have the opportunity to represent all service members and specifically the members of the First Marine Expedition Force who are deploying.
