Strand pastels on display at Temecula Library

Award-winning Fallbrook artist Courtney Strand is currently showing her Plein Air pastel paintings at the Temecula Library through February 3. Strand studied fine art at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and received her BA in painting and art history from San Jose State University.
