Why is it that Rainbow Water Municipal District (RMWD) board members take so much heat when the public wants leaders who are problem-solvers, not partisans?

It’s one thing to waffle, straddle or flip-flop and delay; most politicians do that at one time or another. But being an RMWD board member is not being a politician so much as it is being a responsible leader looking at options to solve local problems.
