Frame, Kemp, Kopitzke, Mellano honored at event

Carli Frame, Mark Kopitzke and Joey Mellano of Fallbrook High School and Brad Kemp of Oasis High School were recognized as exceptional high school students at the Fallbrook Community Student of the Month breakfast held February 2 at the Hukilau Restaurant located at Fallbrook Golf Club.
