Laughter Therapy offered at Fallbrook Hospital

February is the month of love. Be a sweetheart to yourself and others by learning how to lighten up! Join us for Laughter Therapy. We don’t tell jokes — we learn how to laugh for the pure joy of laughing. We meet on the third Wednesday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m. at Fallbrook Hospital in conference rooms A and B. This month we will be meeting on February 15. This event is sponsored by Fallbrook Hospital’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Department and is free of charge. All ages are welcome. Come prepared to have fun!
