Recent MWD contracts providing activity around Skinner plant

Recent Metropolitan Water District (MWD) of Southern California contracts involving the Skinner Water Treatment Plant in Temecula have created considerable activity around the facility which provides treated water to San Diego County.

The work includes chemical systems modifications, the construction of Module #7 to enhance treatment capacity and an oxidation retrofit program. The three programs add up to approximately $375 million of work to be done for the Skinner plant.
