Two businesses caught selling alcohol to minors

On the evening of February 2, deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department conducted a minor decoy operation with a 17-year-old teenager by having him enter ten different Fallbrook business establishments and attempt to purchase alcohol. Clerks at two of those ten businesses agreed to sell the minor alcohol that night, even though the minor used his real identification and answered all questions about his age truthfully.
