Interact students recognized

FALLBROOK — Two Fallbrook High School students and leaders of their local Interact youth service organization were recognized for their efforts at the weekly Monday luncheon meeting held April 3 at the Grand Tradition. Interact Presient Andi Mazingo and Director of Fundraising Veronica Poolis led their fellow Interact students in a variety of service projects for the community during the year as well as fundraising events, such as the Bonsall Market Car Wash day held April 15, with funds going to La Gloria Orphanage, Tijuana, Mexico, home to 50 homeless children ages 6 months to 14 years.
