Eight-month-old boy needs help

Joel Isaac Rosas is a beautiful 8-month-old baby boy who resides in Fallbrook with his parents, Annie and Isaac Rosas, and two brothers, Jonny and Jason. He could certainly use some help from local residents.

Joel was born last September and began experiencing seizures at 6 weeks of age. At 9 weeks, a neurologist at Children’s Hospital diagnosed tuberous sclerosis, an incurable genetic disorder characterized by tuberous growths in the skin, the brain or other vital organs.
